For a confidential, venture-backed health and wellness platform, I stabilized a multi-repository React Native/Expo and NestJS estate, recovered the production API, resolved a Redis/Dragonfly TLS failure, and established backlog, pull-request, CI, and go/no-go engineering governance.
The engagement submitted and delivered a TestFlight beta, then completed technical handover. It was not a public App Store launch.
